FAQ
Your questions
Does the USB menu update automatically?
No. The video captures information at export. After changing products or prices, generate a new file and replace it on the USB drive.
Can I prepare both vertical and horizontal screens?
Yes. Choose portrait or landscape compositions and prepare an export for each TV. Also check the television’s orientation and settings.
Is a dedicated signage player required?
This workflow uses the TV’s video playback from USB. Test compatibility on the actual model; other distribution methods require assessment.
